Sign up for the Virtual Walk!

Thank you for joining us!

Walk, hike, jog, run – it’s up to you. By taking part in the Virtual Walk, you’ll be taking steps to help d’feet Motor Neurone Disease (MND) – a devastating disease that affects as many as 5,000 people in the UK at any one time. Find out more about MND here.

You can go for a walk in your local area, hike up a mountain, or do laps of the garden at home. You can even get the kids involved with our Autumn Scavenger Hunt. You can do a single walk, or set yourself a challenge to complete over a period of time. We’ve got some ideas for challenges here.

While our main event has now finished, you can still take part by purchasing one (or both) of our bespoke 2019- and 2020-series medals for just £6.99 each (or both for £11.99) and 100% (£5) of the proceeds from this event are donated to the MND Association to help fund vital research and care for people living with MND in the UK.

Our Big Steps of Hope event may have finished for 2020, but you haven’t missed out! You can still purchase our bespoke 2019 and 2020-series medals for just £6.99 each (or both for £11.99) and 100% of the profits (£5) will be donated to the MND Association!
